i’m flattered you think so but i see it differently. i am naturally slim but there are a couple of parts of my body that the fat seems to build up on quicker and it makes me feel like i look disproportionate. i’ve never had a balanced diet, i either eat awfully and feel guilty or i go to the extreme and eat stupidly healthy for like a week then give up or just skip meals and it’s unhealthy. i just want to be happy in myself and to do that i need to have a balanced diet or i’ll never look how i want to look
How come you are concentrating on eating so healthily, you seem so naturally nice and slim?
